Solid Product - Terrible Vendor

I bought a $150 cusion ONLY based on a 60 day money back guarantee. The item didn't solve the issue I bought it for. When I tried to return it I learned Medical Department Stores will not take any returns on cushions. I'll never buy from them again!

08/19/09 Just to clarify: I understood there to be a 60 Day unlimited warrantee by researching the product - Not by the vendor's ad. IMO If the vendor doesn't accept returns on this item the ad should state it.

When I called the vendor to ask about returning the item I was treated rudely. In addition, posting my review resulted in two harassing voice messages from left on my home phone from Medical Department Stores.

Not only will I NOT buy from this vendor again, I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I find it to be much better then the plain seat on out
bike... but after time nothing is comfortable, other then to
take a break and stretch, walk around.

Not what I thought it was going to be. I assumed it was as advertised already filled with gel. I had to add water and it's just not what I thought it was to be.
