Finally, the pressure is off of my spine!

After a year of recuperating from a bad case of sciatica, herniated and degerating discs in my tailbone, the degerating part remains. Sitting has been uncomfortable until this pillow came, and now, there is no pain or stiffness. The pillow takes the pressure off the tailbone! Highly recommend this pillow.

Necessary and effective for me.

I own 2 and although they have lost some of their cushion, they have lasted well beyond what I expected as I have owned them for over a year but only used them 15% of the time I sat at my work or home desk. THESE ARE A MUST HAVE FOR YOUR BUTT ACHES... EVEN YOUR TAIL BONE PAINS. I use this with the long hole facing forward because I am a man and the other way is uncomfortable for my man things.

Comfortable

I purchased this cushion for my wheelchair bound mother. She has found it very comfortable. I have one problem with it. It's shipped flat with just gell-pellets in it. You have to fill it with water to activate the gell. You are instructed to keep the cushion flat while filling it with water. I managed to do this by placing it on a large tray. It became very hard to hold up to the faucet getting heavier and heavier as it filled. I also was never able to get the water into the corners no matter how hard I tried. All-in-all it is a good, comfortable cushion once you get it filled.

Handy, comfortable cushion

I ordered this for my son who is in a wheelchair whenever I take him out. This cushion has made it much easier for him to be comfortable for long periods of time in his wheelchair. I've had this product for about six months now and it has held up very well thus far. A great value, especially considering the affordable price.

Solid Support, but No Strap

This pillow provides very good support and is perfect to leave on the seat of your car. Just as an FYI, it does NOT have a strap in the back of it to attach it to a seat, but it is solid enough to stand up on its own.
